1. Copyright Ownership
All products, resources, templates, and materials available through Course AI Vault, including but not limited to:
- Landing Page Templates
- WordPress Plugins
- Canva Designs
- Checklists, Frameworks & Guides
- Email / WhatsApp Templates
- Marketing Resources
(collectively referred to as “Digital Products”)
are the intellectual property of Course AI Vault and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright laws.
2. Permitted Usage
When you purchase any of our products (including ₹199 and ₹299 packages), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for:
- Personal use, and
- Client use (within your own service business or agency work).
You may use the templates and materials to create landing pages, funnels, websites, or digital assets for your clients or personal business projects.
3. Restricted Usage (Strictly Prohibited)
You may NOT, under any circumstances:
- Resell, redistribute, repackage, or sub-license any product from Course AI Vault, in whole or in part.
- Claim the materials as your own intellectual property.
- Share or distribute the files publicly (via Google Drive, Telegram, Facebook groups, etc.).
- Include our products as part of your own paid course, digital bundle, or membership offering.
Any such act constitutes a violation of our copyright and will be treated as unauthorized commercial use.
4. Enforcement & Legal Rights
We actively monitor the unauthorized distribution and resale of our products.
If any individual, business, or entity:
- Uses our materials for resale, redistribution, or
- Causes commercial harm to our brand or business through misuse or duplication,
Course AI Vault reserves the right to take legal action under:
- Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (India),
- Including but not limited to filing a claim for damages, legal costs, and loss of business resulting from such infringement.
All infringers will be issued a DMCA Takedown Notice and may face civil and/or criminal proceedings without further notice.
5. Reporting Misuse
If you discover anyone reselling or distributing our digital products, please report it immediately to:

6. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to comply with this Copyright & Usage Policy.
Violation of this agreement may result in license termination and legal action.
